This Cookie Policy explains how Fleet Suite One, LLC ("FS1," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit, access, or use any websites, dashboards, mobile apps, or online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Sites"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Note: FS1 operates in the United States and serves U.S. business customers only. References to laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA/CPRA") apply to the extent you qualify as a "consumer" under those statutes.


1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your browser, store preferences, and improve your experience. We also use related technologies—such as local storage, pixels, and device IDs—which may store or access information on your device for similar purposes. For simplicity, we refer to all these technologies as "cookies" in this Policy.

5. CCPA/CPRA Disclosures (California)

  • Sale/Sharing: FS1 does not "sell" personal information for monetary compensation. We may "share" limited identifiers (e.g., hashed email) with LinkedIn for B2B remarketing. California residents can opt-out by toggling "Advertising Cookies" to off in the banner or emailing [email protected].
  • Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use cookies to collect or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under CPRA.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may modify this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will display a notice on the Sites or notify registered account holders. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Policy was most recently revised.
