Fleet Suite One — Privacy Policy

Fleet Suite One, LLC ("FS1," "we," "our," or "us") provides blue-collar fleets with management, accounting, and embedded banking services powered by Stripe Treasury. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access any FS1 websites, dashboards, mobile apps, APIs, or other online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").


1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process while operating in the United States for U.S.–based business customers. It does not cover third parties acting as independent controllers (for example, brokers that pay you or outside accounting tools you connect).

If you decline to provide information needed for identity verification or regulatory checks, some Services will be unavailable.


3. How We Use the Information

We use information to:

  1. Deliver the Services – open Treasury accounts, issue cards, reconcile transactions, automate debt payments, generate analytics, and more.
  2. Comply with U.S. law – perform KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering monitoring, tax reporting, and other duties.
  3. Maintain security & improve – detect fraud, debug, enhance features, and run analytics.
  4. Communicate – send transaction alerts, service notices, and respond to support inquiries.
  5. Market (with opt-out) – send product updates or surveys where permitted.

Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement), and legal compliance; we request consent when required.

5. Cookies

6. Data Retention

Data is retained:

  • While your account remains active;
  • As long as needed for purposes in this Policy;
  • As required by U.S. laws such as the Bank Secrecy Act (five-year record rule) and IRS regulations.

Afterward, data is deleted or anonymized unless archival is legally required.


7. Security

Safeguards include:

  • TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest;
  • SOC 2-type controls and regular penetration tests;
  • Role-based access and continuous monitoring.

No internet transmission is perfectly secure; please use strong credentials and enable multi-factor authentication where offered.


8. Your U.S. Privacy Rights

  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request access, deletion, correction, or limitation of certain data, and opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Other U.S. states may grant similar rights; we will honor valid requests where applicable.

9. Children's Data

FS1 targets businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided data so we can delete it.


10. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party sites or integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.


11. Changes

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via dashboard notice or email at least 30 days before they take effect, unless immediate change is required by law.
